  * The  issued share  capital of  Jupiter Green  Investment Trust PLC comprises
    37,681,592 ordinary  shares of  par value  0.1p per share,  including shares
    held  in Treasury (following the repurchase of shares on 07 December 2010).



  * The  total number of voting rights in  Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC is
    34,416,758.  Each  ordinary share carries the right  to one vote in relation
    to  all circumstances at general meetings  of Jupiter Green Investment Trust
    PLC.


This  information may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they
will  determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their  interest in Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
