Total Voting Rights and Capital

Following the issuance of 804,397 new Ordinary Shares in the Company on 2 April 2014, the Company's issued share capital comprises 33,633,056 Ordinary Shares, of which 6,523,934 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 27,109,122.

The above figure (27,109,122) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
