Transaction in Own Shares Replacement Announcement

The following replaces the Transactions in Own Shares Announcement released
yesterday at 3.25 p.m.  The enquries should have read Adam Gill of Arbuthnot and
not Andrew Davies of Cenkos as previously stated. All other details remain
unchanged.  The full amended text appears below:

Jupiter  Green Investment Trust PLC (`the Company') announces that it  purchased
500,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 107.75p per share for cancellation.
Following  this transaction the issued share capital with voting rights  of  the
Company is 46,200,031 shares.

The above figure (46,200,031) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the  calculations  by which they can determine if they are  required  to  notify
their  interest  in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green  Investment
Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
