Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that  it
purchased 100,000 of the Company's  Ordinary shares at 71p per  share
for cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is
45,172,831 shares of which 360,000 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency  Rules
the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should  use
the figure of  44,812,831 when  determining if they  are required  to
notify their interest in, or a  change to their interest in,  Jupiter
Green Investment Trust PLC.
