Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today
purchased 65,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 86p per share for
cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is
40,035,358 shares of which 3,264,834 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market
should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of
36,770,524 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.  As required
under Listing Rule 5.6.1 the total voting rights of the Company following this
transaction is 36,770,524.
