Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 40,165 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 124.00p per share to be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 34,104,029 shares of which 3,429,999 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 30,674,030 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
