Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 500,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 129.25p per share to be held in Cancellation.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 33,604,029 shares of which 3,476,439 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 30,127,590 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
