Transaction in Own Shares

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 25,000 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 133.75p per share to be held in Treasury.

Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 32,828,659 shares of which 4,340,147 are held in Treasury.

For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 28,488,512 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC.
