Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC
Warrant Exercise
The Board of Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that
it has received notice from the holders of 32,391 Warrants that they wish to
exercise their right to convert into Ordinary shares in the Company.
Accordingly, the Company has issued and allotted a further 32,391 Ordinary
shares arising from the exercise of Warrants at the subscription price of 100p
per Ordinary share.
Following the conversion of the 32,391 Warrants, there would be a total of
4,973,621 remaining Warrants and 27,540,428 Ordinary shares in issue. Pursuant
to the recent C Share Placing and Offer for Subscription, there are a further
24,250,000 C Shares and 4,850,000 New Warrants in issue.
The allotment of the Ordinary shares is conditional on admission to the Official
List and the commencement of dealings on the London Stock Exchange
("Admission"), which is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 August
2007.
Issued share Capital for the Purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,540,428
Ordinary shares and 4,973,621 Warrants. In addition, following the recent C
Share Placing and Offer for Subscription, there are a further 24,250,000 C
Shares and 4,850,000 New Warrants in issue. The Company does not hold any shares
in Treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the
Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules

Monthly fact sheets for the Company are available for download from

secretarial department.
The Company's Ordinary shares, C Shares, Warrants and New Warrants are listed on
the London Stock Exchange and the prices are published in the Financial Times
under `Investment Companies'.
The Net Asset Values of the Company's Ordinary and C Shares are calculated
weekly and can be viewed on the London Stock Exchange website at
www.londonstockexchange.com (under the heading `Market News').
