Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2023.
During the week of 19 June 2023 up to and including 23 June 2023 a total of 748,617 shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.6428 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 4,719,128 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 23 June 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to €67,743,655.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
