JRP Group plc ("JRP") announces that, as a result of the completion of the Scheme of Arrangement by which the recommended all-share merger between Just Retirement Group plc and Partnership Assurance Group plc became effective on 4 April 2016, the following Directors/PDMRs received the number of JRP ordinary shares of 10 pence each as indicated:
