Just Retirement Group plc ("Just Retirement")

Prudential Regulation Authority ("PRA") approval of internal model

The Board of Just Retirement is pleased to announce that the PRA has approved its application to use its full internal model under Solvency II.

Just Retirement will seek to finalise and post its shareholder circular in relation to the recommended all-share merger of Just Retirement and Partnership Assurance Group plc to create JRP Group plc (the "Merger") as soon as practicable. 

As previously announced, it is expected that the Merger will close during January 2016, subject to the satisfaction of the other conditions to the Merger (including approval by the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority).
