Directors Shareholding

On 1st December 2008 the Company was notified that Mr David Macfarlane, a Director, beneficially purchased 20,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each, fully paid, in the Company, at a price of 47p per share. 

Following this announcement Mr. Macfarlane holds 60,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, equal to 0.06% of the Ordinary share capital.
