APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

22 October 2013

The Directors of JZCP announce that following an extensive selection process, Mr Christopher Waldron has joined the Board of the Company with effect from 21 October 2013.

Christopher Waldron has more than 25 years' experience as an investment manager and until January 2013 he was Chief Executive Officer of the Edmond de Rothschild Group companies in Guernsey. He remains a consultant to the Edmond de Rothschild Group whilst also serving as a director of a number of Guernsey funds and investment management companies. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and is a Guernsey resident.

The Directors are very pleased to have attracted Christopher to the Board and are confident that the Company will benefit from his extensive investment experience.

There are no disclosures to be made in respect of LR 9.6.13 (2-6). All of Christopher's current directorships in publicly quoted companies and in the past five years are noted below as required by LR 9.6.13 (1).
