Declaration of Interim Dividend

The Directors of JZ Capital Partners Limited have declared that an interim dividend of 4.5cents per share will be paid on 22nd December 2008 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5th December 2008, having an ex-dividend date of 3rd December 2008.

Holders of Ordinary shares will have received notification that they can elect to receive dividends in Sterling rather than US dollars. Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 5th December 2008. 

Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars.
