JZ Capital Partners' preliminary results will now be announced on Friday, 18 May 2012 rather than Thursday, 17 May 2012 as previously stated. The analyst and investor presentation will also be held on Friday, 18 May 2012 rather than Thursday, 17 May 2012.

JZ Capital Partners Limited (JZCP), the London listed private equity fund that invests in high quality US and European micro cap companies, intends to announce its preliminary results for the twelve month period ended 29 February 2012 on Friday, 18 May 2012.
