NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

JZ Capital Partners Limited (JZCP), the London listed private equity fund that invests in high quality US and European micro-cap companies, intends to announce its preliminary results for the twelve month period ended 28 February 2013 on Tuesday, 21 May 2013.
