K3 Business Technology Group plc announces that application has been made for
3,123,758 new ordinary shares to be admitted to listing on the Alternative
Investment Market.  3,091,684 of these shares are being issued as consideration
for the acquisition, announced on 4 October 2004, of Alpha Landsteinar Limited,
Alpha Landsteinar (Ireland) Limited and Miracle Hindsight Limited.  The balance
of 32,074 shares are being issued as early and final deferred consideration for
the 38% of PSE Limited acquired in November 2003.  It is expected that trading
in these shares will commence on Wednesday 13 October 2004.
