Retail Software Division
Secures
New Contracts with Clinton Cards and Agent Provocateur
K3, the IT solutions provider for retailers and manufacturers, is delighted to
announce that its Retail Software Division has secured two new contracts, worth
in total c£1.1 million, with Agent Provocateur and Clinton Cards. Agent
Provocateur is one of UK's leading lingerie retailers, with outlets in 13
countries. Clinton Cards, which owns the Clinton and Birthdays brands, is the
largest specialist retailer of greetings cards, plush merchandise (soft toys)
and related products in the UK.
K3 will be installing and supporting Microsoft's Dynamics software suite, with
the software being configured to meet the individual requirements of each
retailer.
For Agent Provocateur, the software solution will encompass finance, electronic
point of sale ('EPOS'), merchandising, planning, warehouse and business
intelligence tools. In addition, K3 will be providing a managed network hosting
service.
For Clinton Cards, K3's solution will handle all aspects of central
merchandising, product and price management, stock ordering and sales analytical
reporting for nearly 1,100 stores. K3 will also integrate the software with
Clinton's in-house developed EPOS systems and other head office systems.
