NEW CONTRACTS WINS
K3, the IT solutions provider to the manufacturing, distribution and retail
sectors, is pleased to announce that its subsidiaries, K3 Landsteinar and K3
Elucid ('Elucid'), have won new contracts with a total value of approximately
£1.05m.
K3 Landsteinar, acquired in October 2004, has secured three new contracts to
supply its retail management software, worth a total of £750,000. The largest is
a £300,000 deal with a leading independent homeware and fashion retailer. The
second, worth £250,000, provides a complete business solution for a retailer of
beauty products. The third is a contract for approximately £200,000 with a
high-street electronics retailer.
Elucid, which supplies warehousing and distribution software and was acquired in
April 2004, has signed a contract worth £300,000 with Scotts of Stow, the
mail-order specialist. Elucid is to install a complete distribution solution,
encompassing all the retailer's sales channels, on-line, catalogue and stores.
