K3, the IT solutions provider to the supply chain sector, announces that it has
received notification today from Fastighets AB Bremia that it has purchased
today 220,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the share capital of the Company at
95p per share. The purchaser is connected to Mr Per Johan Claesson, a
Non-Executive Director of the company. As a result, Mr Claesson's shareholding
now stands at 3,811,448 shares representing 21.5 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
