The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 15
November 2007 the following Directors purchased Ordinary Shares of 25p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares'):


(i) Andrew Makeham (Chief Executive) purchased 10,000 ordinary
    shares at a price of 160 pence per share;

(ii)David Bolton (Chief Finance Officer) purchased 10,000
    ordinary shares at a price of 160 pence per share;



Following these purchases, the total beneficial holdings of each of the above is
as follows:
