Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 16
November 2007 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000
Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average
price of 164.5 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Claesson holds 3,971,448 Ordinary Shares representing
16.96 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
K3's issued share capital comprises 23,418,082 Ordinary Shares, all of which
carry voting rights.
