Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 19 December 2008 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,013,034 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 60 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Claesson is interested in 5,164,482 Ordinary Shares representing 21.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
