("K3" or "the Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of K3, which provides Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to the supply chain industry, has received notification that Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer, on 19 September 2012 transferred 12,500 Ordinary Shares of 25p each into his Self-Invested Pension Plan from his sole legal and beneficial ownership at a price of 150.0p per share.

Following this transaction there is no change to Mr Makeham's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Makeham holds in total 904,345 Ordinary Shares of 25p each representing 3.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
