Director/PDMR Shareholding
Thomas Milne, Chairman has today been granted options over 125,000 Ordinary
Shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 150 pence per
Ordinary Share under K3's Executive Share Option Scheme 1994. The options have
been granted subject to performance criteria based on annual growth in earnings
per share and are exercisable between three and ten years after the date of
grant.
Following the award, Mr Milne holds options over 228,626 ordinary shares under
the Company's option schemes. Mr Milne holds an interest in 225,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 1.04% per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
