K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC
('K3' or 'the Company')
Exercise of Option
K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 15,000 new
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('New Ordinary Shares') following
the exercise of options by an employee under the K3 Business Technology Group
Executive Share Option Scheme 2000. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission of the 15,000 ordinary shares is expected to take place on 19 December
2007.
Following admission the total issued share capital of the Company will be
23,433,082 ordinary shares of 25p each.
