K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC

ISSUE OF EQUITY
K3, the IT solutions provider, announces that it has applied for 605,820
ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on
AIM. These shares were issued to Per Johan Claesson as payment for an
outstanding loan of £541,000. The conversion of the loan into equity was
approved by shareholders at the AGM on 27 July 2005.Admission is expected on 15
December 2006.
The Company has 19,290,719 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in issue.
