Issue of Equity
K3 Business Technology Group PLC ('K3' or the 'Company') announces that pursuant
to Section 95 of the Companies Act 1985 and conditional on admission to trading
on AIM, it has placed 196,552 ordinary Shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') with
an institutional investor at a price of 116p per Share. The proceeds of the
issue will further strengthen the balance sheet. Admission to trading on AIM is
expected on Friday 22 December 2006.
For the Purposes of the Rule 2.10 of the City Code, following Admission the
Company will have 19,487,271 Shares in issue with ISIN GB00B00P6061.
