Retirement of Chairman

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, announces that Chairman Tom Milne will be retiring from the Board and the Company at K3's next Annual General Meeting towards the end of this year. By the time of his retirement, Tom will have been Chairman of the Company for over eight years.

Tom, aged 67 years, has made a considerable contribution to K3 during his tenure and the Board wishes to thank him for his commitment and dedication to K3.

The recruitment of his successor is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
