Board Committee Membership
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Board of Directors of the Company announce that, with effect from 01 September 2020, Mr Tom Burnet (Company chairperson) will step down as chairperson of the Remuneration Committee and Mrs Katie Davis, Non-Executive Director, will be appointed chairperson of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr Burnet will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee and will continue to serve as both chairperson of the Nomination Committee and as Company chairperson.
In compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, the composition of the Remuneration Committee from 01 September 2020 will be: Mrs Katie Davis (independent Non-Executive Director) as chairperson and member of the Remuneration Committee and Mr Tom Burnet and Mr Chris Cowan (both independent Non-Executive Directors) as members of the Remuneration Committee.
