The Company has been notified that on 16^th and 17^th of December 2015, Mr Malachy Smith, a PDMR of the Company, and a Connected Person, sold 140,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 251.0p.

Following this notification, Malachy Smith and his Connected Person have a reportable shareholding of 1,258,643 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 1.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
