Board and Board Committee Changes
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (2) and as announced on 21 May 2021, Non-Executive Director Chris Cowan and Executive Director Paul Gannon completed their term on the Board today, at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), the Board of Directors of the Company announce that Mrs Rosaleen Blair, independent Non-Executive Director, and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee will be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 23 September 2021.
In compliance with the UK Corporate Governance Code, the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee from 23 September 2021 will be: Mr Andy Malpass (as chairperson and member of the Audit and Risk Committee); Mrs Katie Davis (as independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee); and Mrs Rosaleen Blair (as independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee).
