Result of Annual General Meeting
The 2017 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Kainos Group plc took place today at 9.30am.
All resolutions proposed at the AGM were carried unanimously on a show of hands. The full text of each of the resolutions is set out in the Notice of AGM, a copy of which is available on the Kainos website www.kainos.com.
Details of the proxy votes received on each resolution will shortly be made available on the Company's website at www.kainos.com
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R copies of the resolutions passed as special business at the AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
No other business was conducted at the meeting.
