Total Voting Rights
Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that as at 02 April 2024, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 125,787,715 each with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure 125,787,715 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
