Transfer of Shares
The Company has been notified that on 21st of December 2015, Stephan Sakowicz, a PDMR of the Company, transferred 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.017% of the Company's issued share capital, to his spouse Małgorzata Sakowicz ("Connected Person") for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Stephan Sakowicz (including his Connected Person) remains unchanged at 192,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
