Crossrider (AIM: CROS), the online distribution and digital product company, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.crossrider.com.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 12.00pm on Thursday 18 May 2017 at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London EC4R 9HA.
