Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 148,496,073 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 6,651,560 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Crossrider plc is therefore 141,844,513 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crossrider plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
