Total Voting Rights
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, confirms that as at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 160,144,132 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds [3,639,750] Ordinary Shares in treasury, following the transfer of 106,725 Ordinary Shares out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by Kape employees. The Kape Technologic plc Employee Benefit Trust holds 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares, the voting rights to which have been waived.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kape is 154,704,382, which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kape Technologies plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
