Katoro Gold Plc (AIM:KAT), the Tanzania focused exploration and development company, notes that SVS Securities Plc ("SVS") has been placed into Special Administration.

SVS is the Company's sole broker pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules").  Accordingly, the Company will now seek to appoint a broker for the purposes of AIM Rule 35 and will make a further announcement as soon as such appointment is made.
