Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Kazera Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gerard Kisbey-Green as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

Mr. Kisbey-Green, a qualified Mining Engineer, has over 36 years' experience in the mining and related financial industry and has worked on mines in a diversity of commodities and geographies both as an engineer and as a banker. Mr. Kisbey-Green has also held the position of CEO for a number of private and listed mining and exploration companies in addition to holding numerous non-executive board positions . Mr Kisbey-Green has 17 years of resource banking experience includ ing a period in equity analysis as well as a corporate financ i e r for major banks in Johannesburg and London including JPMorgan, Investec, and Standard Bank.

In line with his appointment, Mr. Kisbey-Green has been granted options over 4,000,000 shares at a price of 1p per share.

Further disclosures in relation to Mr. Kisbey-Green's appointment as required under AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies are included in the appendix below.
