Award of Performance Shares to Director

Kennedy Ventures plc ("Kennedy Ventures" or "the Company") which is focused on tantalite production in Namibia through its 75% holding in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited, agreed on Friday 24^th July to make a conditional award of 1,400,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company to Peter Hibberd, Chief Executive Officer of Kennedy Ventures (the "Award").

The shares granted under the Award will be issued as certain performance criteria are met, including inter alia the completion of the initial shipments of tantalite pursuant to the offtake agreement announced by Kennedy Ventures in July 2015 and the on-going profitability of the Company.
