Kennedy Ventures plc, the AIM quoted investment company, who through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan") has an interest in the Tantalite Valley Mine in Namibia, is pleased to announce that it has appointed finnCap Ltd as its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect. Shore Capital remains as Joint Broker to the Company.
