Lifting of Suspension and Notice of AGM

Further to the announcements published at 7.00 a.m. on 9 February 2018, Kennedy Ventures plc ("Kennedy Ventures" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company who, through its stake in African Tantalum (Pty) Limited ("Aftan"), has an interest in the Namibia Tantalite Investment Mine in Namibia, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM have now been posted to all shareholders and are available on the Company's website at www.kvplc.com.

Consequently, the Company is pleased to confirm that the suspension of the Company's shares from trading will be lifted at 7.30 a.m. on Monday 12 February 2018. 

The Company's AGM will be held at 3.00 p.m. on 5 March 2018 at the offices of Camarco, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN.
