NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Holders of the above Notes that, at the Meeting of such Holders held at the offices of Withers LLP, 16 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EG, United Kingdom on 2 February 2009 at 3.00 p.m. (London time), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting previously notified to Noteholders in accordance with the terms of the Trust Deed for such Notes was duly passed.
