Couponbetaling perpetuele leningen KBC Bank nie...
Op 14 mei 2009 en 27 juni 2009 worden de coupons van de twee
perpetuele leningen uitgegeven door KBC Bank NV in 2008 (EUR 1,25
mrd. KBC Bank 8% Perp NC5 Tier 1-emissie en EUR 700 mln. KBC Bank 8%
Perp NC5 Tier 1-emissie) uitbetaald.
KBC Bank stelt vast dat er in het licht van de huidige volatiele
financiële markten bij een aantal cliënten vragen leven over de
uitbetaling van de op deze emissies verschuldigde rentevergoeding.
KBC Bank ziet op dit ogenblik geen reden waarom die uitbetaling ter
discussie zou worden gesteld. Cliënten die op bovenvermelde data hun
coupons ter inning aanbieden, zullen worden vergoed conform de
voorwaarden bepaald in het prospectus.
