Notification of Interest

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules KEFI has received the following notifications of current interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:  

City Equities Limited acquired 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), pursuant to the placing announced to the market on 30 April 2008. This holding represented 7.71% of the total number of shares in issue and 7.71% of the total voting rights in the Company. On 23 May 2008, City Equities Limited sold 4,533,000 Ordinary Shares and on 28 May 2008 sold 1,718,000 Ordinary Shares to certain private clients. City Equities now holds 3,749,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 2.89% of the total number of voting shares in the Company and 2.89% of the total number of shares in issue.
