Keller Group plc ('Keller')
Application has today been made by Keller to the UK Listing Authority for
277,985 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ('New Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to
the Official List.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued to Terratest Tecnicas Especiales S.A. as
deferred consideration for Keller's 51 per cent stake in Keller-Terra S.L,
acquired in December 2002.
Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the New
Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's
market for listed securities.
It is expected that admission to the Official List and dealings in the New
Ordinary Shares will commence on 29 June 2004.
Terratest Tecnicas Especiales S.A. is a connected party of Mr Pedro Lopez
Jimenez, a director of Keller.
