                              KELLER BOARD CHANGES

New Non-executive Director Appointed

Keller Group plc ('Keller'), the global construction services group, is
delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Scholes as a Non-executive
Director, with immediate effect.

Mr Scholes, aged 56, is a Chartered Accountant. He has had a distinguished city
career, most recently at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was a Director
from 1986 until December 2001.

He is a Non-Executive Director of British Vita PLC, a world leader in specialist
polymer technology and Bodycote International Plc, the largest independent heat
treatment company in the world.

Mr Scholes brings to Keller first-hand knowledge of a broad range of businesses,
in particular those that operate, and have based their growth strategy, on an
international platform. In addition, his wealth of recent corporate finance
expertise will be invaluable to Keller, as the Group pursues its strategy of
extending the range of technical services it offers to its world markets.

Two Non-executive Directors to Stand Down

Dr Kevin Bond and Dr Harald Peipers have indicated their intention to stand down
as Non-executive Directors at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 9th May.
