The Company was notified on 18 November 2010, that Mr Richard Scholes, a Director of the Company, has purchased 3,000 of the Company's ordinary 10p shares ("Shares") at a price of 550 pence per share.   Following this transaction, which took place on 18 November 2010, Mr Scholes has a beneficial interest in 10,000 Shares in the Company.
